Welcome to SAMMIE. My name is Sammie, and I was created to fill a gap that has been identified within the Construction Industry, more specifically, the area dealing with SMME's.

Within South Africa, SMME Companies have the opportunity to tender both directly for State Owned Entities, as well as Main Contractors who have been Awarded Larger Contracts through these State Owned Entities.

"What a beautiful thing!" you might say, however, companies are being awarded contracts and do not have the necessary skills, knowledge and expertise to run the construction contracts they have been awarded. As a result thereof, most companies close down or become deregistered.

Take one step back, and you have Companies and Directors of Companies who have the willingness to tender, but become despondent as a result of not winning any tenders. The reason they not winning any tenders is because they were not taught the Art of Tendering. Resulting in a Company just squandering money on tendering, without any monies coming in, and then without gaining any knowledge.

With all that being said, I am here to assist you in saving money, whilst equiping you with the necessary knowledge to achieve what you have set out to achieve!

To reduce the cost of tendering for SMME's whilst they seek to grow their companies.

Many cannot afford to tender on multiple tenders every month. Even though the cost has been reduced to a cost per tender basis, where SMME's do not permanently employ an Estimator and an Administrator to run their Estimating Department.

This minimal cost, however, continues to strangle SMME's, and that is why I, SAMMIE, have come up with a more Cost Effective Solution to assist SMME's whilst they grow.
